The system is accessed using an internet connection and web browser, and is compatible with Mac and PC operating systems, and with Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer versions 4 and above. Safari, Firefox, and many other browsers are also supported.

The system resides on an internet or intranet web server, and can be hosted by Bastion for an additional fee, or by a client directly on its web server or intranet server. Opting for a fully hosted solution will facilitate the implementation of any enhancements and upgrades.

Where clients wish to host their own system, they will need to be running an internet web server with Windows NT or Windows 2000, and Adobe Cold Fusion Server 5 or later.

Individual users will not need bespoke software other than standard web browsing software. We offer onsite installation and configuration of the system as an optional chargeable item.
