Bespoke development work - £500 per day. Reduced to £250 per day for work which the developers consider may be of benefit to other system users.
   
Minor upgrades and enhancements - for systems hosted internally. Cost per annum £200.
   

Helpline support, by telephone or e-mail - £100 per 10 enquiries, each of up to 15 minutes.
   

Onsite installation, configuration, and/or training (UK only - overseas by arrangement) - £500 per day plus travel expenses from York UK charged at 45p per mile.
   

Open source code plus unlimited user/client licence - £25,000 for single corporate user, not for resale.
