Bastion will provide you with a set-up guide which contains details of how to set it up and start using it, how to customise it to meet your requirements, and how to keep it up to date on a day-to-day basis.

The system also comes with a full online help facility, with a Help button next to every function. You can switch this off once youre familiar with it.

For individual enquiries, we will provide helpline support during office hours by telephone or e-mail. You can purchase support in blocks of 10 enquiries, each of up to 20 minutes, for £100 + VAT. We ask that you purchase at least one block of support when you purchase the system licence.

If you opt for a fully hosted solution, we will provide technical support for your system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
